Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, relaxing treatment which, through light touch can facilitate the body’s natural powers of self-healing. It is a non-manipulative treatment that developed from the work of American Osteopath, Dr. William Garner Sutherland in the early 1900s. It has continued to evolve and is now practised separately from Osteopathy as Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.

Auriculotherapy or auricular therapy is based on the idea that the ear is a microsystem with the entire body represented on the auricle, the outer portion of the ear.
